While the bar may seem appealing from the exterior , what I found behind its threshold was disturbing and far below any standard .

The ground was covered in grime , and a nauseating aroma of decaying beverages and uncleaned toilets polluted the entire pub. Reeking of a mixture of excrement , a rotting odor and illness . The counter , which should be the primary feature of any pub, was littered with unwashed glassware and litter that looked like it hadn’t been touched in ages . The restroom was in even a truly awful state— spilling over , with a snapped lever and tiles smeared in what I can only assume was feces.

After reading through multiple accounts and chatting with the community, it seems that the level of hygiene (or lack thereof) at this pub is a recurring complaint. Many customers have reported witnessing insects darting across the serving surface and traces of mice in the adjoining rooms.
